Content Creator Contract Sample
Parties Involved:
Content Creator: Alex Johnson

Client: Creative Agency XYZ

Scope of Work:
The Content Creator agrees to produce digital content, including videos, images, and articles, as detailed in the project brief provided by the Client. Deliverables shall meet the specifications and deadlines specified herein.
Payment Terms:
The Client shall pay the Content Creator a total fee of $5,000, payable in two installments: 50% upfront upon signing this agreement, and the remaining 50% upon project completion and approval. Payments shall be made via bank transfer or other mutually agreed method.
Intellectual Property and Usage Rights:
The Content Creator grants the Client exclusive rights to use the created content for promotional and commercial purposes. The rights transfer upon full payment, and the Creator retains no rights to the content thereafter unless otherwise specified.
Confidentiality:
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during the course of this agreement, and not to disclose such information to third parties without prior consent.
Term & Termination:
This agreement commences upon signing and shall continue until the completion of the deliverables. Either party may terminate with 10 days’ written notice; upon termination, the Client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date.
Additional Provisions:
- The Content Creator shall not use the content for any other purpose without written approval from the Client.
- Revisions requested beyond the scope will be billed separately at an agreed rate.
- This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes prior agreements.
