Road Maintenance Agreement Sample

Maintenance Contractor: XYZ Road Services

Scope of Maintenance:

The contractor shall perform routine and preventive maintenance on the designated road segments, including pothole repairs, resurfacing, snow removal, and drainage maintenance, as specified in Schedule A attached hereto.

Terms of Agreement:

The agreement shall commence on ___________________ and continue for a period of ___________________, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the provisions herein. Payment terms shall be as specified in Schedule B, payable monthly upon receipt of invoice.
