Project Description:

This agreement pertains to the production of a feature-length film tentatively titled “Sunset Boulevard,” scheduled to commence filming on __________________ and anticipated to complete by __________________. The Producer agrees to deliver the final edited film according to the specifications outlined herein.

Rights and License:

The Producer shall have exclusive rights to all footage, audio, and related materials produced during the project. The Director grants the Producer the right to use their name, likeness, and participation for promotional purposes related to the film.

Compensation:
