Project Description:

Terms of Work and Payment:
The work shall commence on __________________ and be completed by __________________. The total contract amount is $8,000, payable in installments: 50% upfront, 25% midway, and 25% upon completion. Payments shall be made via check or bank transfer as agreed.
Materials and Warranty:
