Project Description:

The contractor agrees to design, supply, and install the kitchen cabinetry, countertops, and related fixtures at the client’s residence located at 789 Pine Street, Springfield, IL 62704, in accordance with the specifications outlined in attached plans.

Terms of Work and Payment:

The work shall commence on __________________ and be completed by __________________. The total contract amount is $8,000, payable in installments: 50% upfront, 25% midway, and 25% upon completion. Payments shall be made via check or bank transfer as agreed.

Materials and Warranty:
