Scope of Work:

Lance Associates agrees to provide consulting services related to project development for the Client as described in the attached scope of work document. Services will commence on ______________ and conclude by ______________.

Terms and Compensation:

The total fee for services shall be $10,000, payable in installments as follows: 50% upon signing, 25% midway through the project, and 25% upon completion. Payments shall be made via bank transfer or check.

Confidentiality:
