Scope of Work:
The Service Provider agrees to provide software maintenance services for the Client’s software application, including bug fixes, updates, and technical support, as detailed in Exhibit A attached to this agreement.
Service Term and Compensation:
The term of this agreement shall commence on __________________ and continue until __________________, unless terminated earlier in accordance with this contract. The Client shall pay the Service Provider a monthly fee of $X, payable within 15 days of invoice receipt.
