Scope of Services:
The service provider agrees to perform regular pool cleaning, chemical balancing, equipment inspection, and maintenance at the client’s property located at the address specified above. Services will be rendered as per the schedule mutually agreed upon.
Service Schedule and Payment Terms:
Services shall be provided weekly, starting on __________________, and shall continue until the termination date or cancellation as per the terms herein. The client shall pay a fee of $150 per session, payable on receipt of invoice, via check or electronic transfer.
