Food Service Contract Sample

Parties Involved:

Food Provider: Gourmet Catering Co.
Address: 789 Culinary Lane, Chicago, IL 60616

Client: Sunshine Events Inc.
Address: 456 Celebration Road, Chicago, IL 60607

Description of Services:

The food provider agrees to supply catering services, including preparation and delivery, for the client’s event scheduled at 123 Party Plaza, Chicago, IL 60605. Services include menu planning, food preparation, delivery, setup, and cleanup.

Contract Duration and Payment Terms:

This agreement shall commence on ____________ and end on ____________. The client agrees to pay a total fee of $5,000, payable in installments: 50% upon signing and the remaining 50% within 48 hours after the event.

Deposit:

A refundable security deposit of $1,000 is due upon signing this contract. The deposit will be held against damages and unpaid balances and refunded within 14 days after the event, less any lawful deductions.

Obligations of the Parties:
