Catering Service Agreement Sample

Parties Involved:

Description of Services:

The caterer agrees to provide catering services for the event scheduled on __________________ at the venue located at __________________. The services include food preparation, delivery, setup, and serving as specified in this agreement.

Service Details and Schedule:

The caterer will provide food and beverages as per the menu attached (Appendix A). The setup shall occur at least __ hours before the event start time. The catering services will end upon completion of the event or as otherwise agreed.

Compensation and Payment:

The total fee for services shall be $__________, payable in installments: 50% deposit upon signing this agreement and the remaining balance upon completion of services. Payments shall be made via check, electronic transfer, or other agreed method.
