IT Consulting Contract Sample

Parties Involved:

Client: Tech Solutions Inc.

Consultant: InnovateIT Consulting LLC

Scope of Services:

The Consultant agrees to provide IT consulting services related to network infrastructure, cybersecurity assessments, and software recommendations as detailed in Schedule A attached hereto.

Term of Agreement:

This agreement shall commence on __________________ and shall continue until __________________, unless terminated earlier in accordance with this contract.

Compensation:

The Client agrees to pay the Consultant a fee of $5,000 per month, payable within 15 days of invoicing. Additional services shall be billed at the rate of $150 per hour, pre-approved by the Client.

Confidentiality:
