IT Consultant Agreement Sample

Parties Involved:

Client: Acme Corporation

Consultant: Tech Solutions Ltd.

Scope of Services:

The Consultant agrees to provide IT consulting services as detailed in Schedule A attached hereto, including system analysis, implementation, and support services for the Client’s technology infrastructure.

Term and Payment:

The term of this agreement shall commence on __________________ and continue until __________________. The Client shall pay the Consultant a fee of $X,XXX per month, payable within 15 days of invoice receipt.

Confidentiality:

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information exchanged during the term of this agreement and not to disclose such data to any third parties without prior written consent.
