Parties Involved:

Description of Services:

The Service Provider agrees to deliver consulting services related to software development, including project planning, design, implementation, and support, as detailed in the statement of work attached as Schedule A.

Payment Terms:

The Client shall pay the Service Provider according to the milestones and rates specified in Schedule B. Payment shall be due within 30 days of receipt of the invoice, submitted upon completion of each milestone.

Confidentiality:

Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary information exchanged pursuant to this agreement and not to disclose such information to third parties without prior written consent.

Term and Termination:
