Description of Services:

The Service Provider agrees to perform consulting services related to marketing strategy, including market analysis, campaign planning, and digital outreach, as specified in the scope of work attached hereto.

Terms and Duration:

The services shall commence on __________________ and shall continue until __________________, unless terminated earlier in accordance with this agreement. Payment shall be made as outlined below.

Compensation:

The Client agrees to pay the Service Provider a fee of $5,000, payable in installments as specified, with the first installment due upon signing this agreement and subsequent payments scheduled as per attached invoice schedule.

Obligations:

The Service Provider shall perform the services diligently and professionally, and the Client shall provide necessary access and information required for service delivery. Both parties agree to cooperate to facilitate successful completion of the project.

Governing Law & Miscellaneous:

• The Service Provider shall maintain confidentiality of all proprietary information.
• Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days’ written notice.
