Makeup Artist Service Agreement Template

Description of Services:

The Makeup Artist agrees to provide makeup application services for the Client’s specified event, using professional products and techniques to achieve the desired look as discussed and approved in advance.

Service Details and Payment:

Cancellation Policy:
