DJ Performance Agreement Sample

Parties Involved:

DJ: Alex Turner

Client: Music Events Inc.

Event Details:

The DJ agrees to perform at the event scheduled on __________________, at the Venue located at __________________, providing musical entertainment for approximately __________________ hours.

Payment Terms:

The Client agrees to pay the DJ a fee of $________, payable in full by the date of the event or as otherwise agreed. Additional expenses such as travel, accommodation, or equipment rental shall be covered by the Client if specified.

DJ Responsibilities:
