Interpreter Service Agreement Sample

Parties Involved:

Client: ABC Corporation
Address: 789 Business Park, Suite 150, Metropolis, XY 12345

Interpreter: Jane Smith
Address: 456 Elm Street, Metropolis, XY 12345

Description of Services:

The interpreter agrees to provide language interpretation services from English to Spanish and vice versa, as required for meetings, conferences, or events organized by the Client at designated times and locations.

Service Terms and Compensation:

Services shall be provided from __________________ to __________________. The Interpreter shall be compensated at a rate of $50 per hour, payable upon completion of services or as otherwise agreed. Any additional expenses must be approved in advance by the Client.

Confidentiality:

The Interpreter agrees to maintain confidentiality regarding all information and communications encountered during the provision of services and shall not disclose such information to third parties without prior written consent.

Responsibilities of the Parties:
