Subcontractor Agreement Sample

Scope of Work:

The Subcontractor agrees to perform electrical installation and wiring services as specified in Schedule A of this agreement, adhering to all relevant codes and standards.

Compensation:

The Contractor shall pay the Subcontractor a total sum of $50,000 for the work outlined, payable in installments as milestones are completed, according to the payment schedule attached as Schedule B.
