Scope of Work:
The Contractor agrees to perform the services described herein, including but not limited to web development, design, and related consulting services, as detailed in the attached Statement of Work.
Term and Compensation:
This agreement shall commence on __________________ and continue until __________________. The Client agrees to pay the Contractor a total fee of $__________, payable in installments or upon completion, as specified.
Status of Parties:
The Contractor shall operate as an independent contractor, not as an employee of the Client. Nothing in this agreement shall be construed to create a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship.
Obligations of the Contractor:
The Contractor shall perform the services diligently, in accordance with industry standards, and shall deliver all work products in a timely manner. The Contractor is responsible for all taxes and other legally required payments.
