Lance Animation Contract Sample

Project Description:

The project involves the creation of animated content as specified in the project brief, including character design, storyboarding, animation, and post-production editing.

Payment Terms:

The total fee for the project shall be $10,000, payable in installments: 50% upon signing this agreement and 50% upon delivery of the final animation files. Payments will be made via bank transfer or as otherwise agreed.

Rights and Ownership:

Upon full payment, all rights to the completed work shall transfer to Lance Studios LLC. The animator retains the right to include the work in their portfolio unless otherwise specified.

Obligations of the Parties:

The animator agrees to deliver the work by the deadlines specified. Lance Studios LLC agrees to provide necessary references, feedback, and timely approvals to facilitate progress.

Governing Law:

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Los Angeles County.
