Commercial Cleaning Contract Sample

Parties:

Description of Services:

The service provider shall perform commercial cleaning services at the client’s premises located at 555 Corporate Drive, Suite 200, Chicago, IL 60616, including but not limited to dusting, vacuuming, trash removal, restroom sanitation, and surface disinfection, as specified in Schedule A.

Contract Duration:

This agreement commences on __________________ and shall remain in effect until __________________, unless terminated earlier in accordance with this contract’s provisions.

Payment Terms:
