Description of Services or Products:

The vendor agrees to supply and deliver the specified goods/services as detailed in Schedule A, including all associated duties necessary for successful fulfillment of the order.

Terms and Payment:

The vendor shall deliver the goods/services between __________________ and __________________. The client shall pay a total amount of $________, payable within __ days of receipt of invoice, via bank transfer or check.

Confidentiality:

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information exchanged during the term of this contract and shall not disclose such information to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.

Warranties and Liability:
