Photographer Service Agreement Sample (UK)
Parties Involved:

Client: Oliver Smith

Scope of Work:
The Photographer agrees to provide photography services as detailed in Schedule A, including any shoots, edits, and delivery of images, at the location specified by the Client.
Payment Terms:
The Client shall pay the Photographer a fee of £500, payable in two instalments: 50% upon signing this agreement and 50% upon delivery of the final images. Payments shall be made via bank transfer or other agreed method.
Duration:
The services shall commence on __________________ and shall be completed by __________________, unless extended by mutual agreement.
Responsibilities:
The Photographer shall perform services diligently and professionally. The Client shall cooperate and provide access to locations and necessary information to facilitate the photography sessions.
Intellectual Property:
Ownership of the images shall be as specified in Schedule B. The Photographer grants the Client a non-exclusive license for personal use, unless otherwise specified.
Cancellation and Rescheduling:
Either party may cancel or reschedule with at least 48 hours written notice. Cancellation fees may apply as detailed in Schedule C.
Governing Law:
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in England.
Additional Provisions:
- Any modifications to this agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
- The Photographer shall retain copyright of the images unless transfer is specified herein.
- Both parties agree to confidentiality regarding the terms of this agreement.
