Photo Booth Rental Contract Sample

Rental Description:

The rental includes a photo booth setup at the client’s specified venue, along with attendant services during the rental period. Equipment includes the photo booth unit, camera, lighting, and printing station.

Rental Period and Payment:

The rental period shall commence on __________________ and conclude on __________________. The total rental fee is $500, payable in full at least 7 days prior to the event date, via bank transfer or other approved method.

Security Deposit:

A refundable security deposit of $200 is required upon signing this contract. The deposit will be retained against damages or loss and returned within 10 days after the event, less any deductions for damages.
