Scope of Work:

The photographer agrees to provide professional photography services for the client’s event, scheduled on __________________, including pre-event consultation, shooting, and post-processing as outlined in the booking confirmation.

Payment Terms:

The total fee for the services shall be $XXXX, payable as follows: a deposit of 50% upon signing this agreement, and the remaining balance due on the day of the event. Payments shall be made via accepted methods such as bank transfer or check.

Usage Rights and Deliverables:

The client shall receive high-resolution digital images suitable for printing and online use. The rights granted are non-exclusive and for personal use only unless otherwise specified. Commercial usage rights require prior written approval and additional fees.

Cancellation and Rescheduling:
