Parties Involved:

Service Provider: ABC Consulting LLC

Client: XYZ Corporation

Scope of Services:

The Service Provider agrees to perform consulting services related to business development for the Client as detailed in the attached Statement of Work.

Fee and Payment Terms:

The Client shall pay the Service Provider a fee of $10,000, payable in installments as follows: 50% upon signing this agreement and the remaining 50% upon completion of the services. Payments shall be made via bank transfer or other mutually agreed method.

Confidentiality:

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information exchanged during the term of this agreement, in accordance with applicable laws.

Term and Termination:
