Scope of Work:

Decorator shall provide floral arrangements, table centerpieces, drapery, lighting, and backdrop decorations as outlined in the attached proposal. Additional services can be added upon mutual agreement.

Payment Terms:

Total fee: $___.___. Payment schedule: 50% deposit due upon signing, remaining 50% payable one week before the event. Payments shall be made via check or electronic transfer.

Cancellation & Refunds:

In case of cancellation more than 14 days before the event, full refund of deposit will be issued. Cancellations within 14 days shall forfeit the deposit.

Responsibilities:

The Client shall provide access to the venue at agreed times. The Decorator shall deliver, set up, and dismantle decorations as scheduled. Both parties agree to cooperate to ensure timely completion.

Governing Law:

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes shall be settled in the courts of Los Angeles County.

Additional Provisions:

  • Any changes or additional services must be agreed upon in writing.
  • The Decorator is not responsible for damages caused by the venue or third parties.
  • All decor items remain the property of the Decorator until full payment is received.
