Creative Agency Retainer Agreement Sample

Scope of Services:

The Agency agrees to provide creative services including branding, design, and marketing consultation as detailed in Appendix A. The services shall be delivered in accordance with the timelines and specifications mutually agreed upon.

Retainer and Payment:

The Client shall pay a monthly retainer of $5,000, payable in advance on the first day of each month. Additional services outside the scope will be billed separately upon prior approval.

Term and Termination:
