Cancellation Policy Overview:

This document outlines the terms and conditions under which cancellations of services may be made by either party. Please review carefully to understand your rights and obligations regarding cancellations.

Cancellation Procedure:

Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or official form at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service date. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may incur a fee or forfeiture of deposits, as detailed below.

Refunds and Fees:

If the client cancels more than 48 hours before the scheduled service, a full refund will be issued. For cancellations within 48 hours, a cancellation fee of 20% of the total service cost may apply, or the deposit may be withheld according to the agreement.

Exceptions:

Non-refundable deposits apply to certain services as specified in the booking confirmation. Force majeure events, such as emergencies or natural disasters, may also qualify for waiver of cancellation fees.
