SEO Service Agreement Sample

Parties Involved:

Client: Innovative Tech Corp Address: 456 Innovation Drive, San Francisco, CA 94105

Description of Services:

The Service Provider shall perform search engine optimization (SEO) services for the Client’s website, including keyword research, on-page optimization, link building, and monthly reporting as detailed in the scope of work attached.

Payment and Fees:

The Client agrees to pay the Service Provider a fee of $3,000 per month, payable within 5 days of invoice receipt, for the duration of this agreement unless terminated earlier as specified.

Obligations and Confidentiality:
