Marketing Consulting Agreement Sample

Parties Involved:

Client: Acme Corporation

Consultant: XYZ Marketing Solutions

Scope of Services:

The Consultant shall provide marketing strategy development, digital marketing campaigns, branding, and related consulting services as outlined in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). The specifics will be mutually agreed upon in writing prior to commencement.

Payment and Fees:

The Client agrees to pay the Consultant a fee of $5,000 per month, payable within 15 days of invoice receipt. Additional services outside the scope will be billed separately upon prior approval.

Term and Termination:
