Marketing Services Agreement Sample

Parties:

Scope of Services:

The Service Provider agrees to deliver marketing services including digital advertising, content creation, and social media management as detailed in Schedule A attached hereto. The Client shall provide necessary access and input for effective service delivery.

Term and Compensation:

This agreement shall commence on __________________ and continue until __________________, unless terminated earlier in accordance with this agreement. The Client shall pay the Service Provider a fee of $XX,XXX payable in installments according to the schedule outlined in Schedule B.
