Lance Video Editing Contract Sample

Parties Involved:

Client: Alex Johnson

Service Provider: Lance Media Creations
Address: 456 Oak Street, Los Angeles, CA 90012

Scope of Work:

Lance Media Creations agrees to provide video editing services for the Client, including editing footage, adding effects, sound, and deliverables as specified in the project brief.

Payment Terms:

The Client shall pay a fee of $2,500 for the services, payable in two installments: 50% upon signing this agreement and 50% upon project completion. Payments shall be made via bank transfer or other mutually agreed methods.

Timeline:

The project shall commence on __________________ and be completed by __________________, subject to timely receipt of necessary materials from the Client.

Ownership and Usage Rights:

Upon full payment, the Client shall own the final edited videos and have rights to use them for personal or commercial purposes. Lance Media Creations retains the right to showcase the work in their portfolio.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information. The Client is entitled to up to two rounds of revisions. Additional revisions shall be billed at $100 per round.

• Changes or modifications to this agreement must be documented in writing and signed by both parties.
• Lance Media Creations shall deliver the final video in formats agreed upon prior to project start.
• The Client shall provide all necessary materials and feedback in a timely manner.
