Purpose of the Agreement:

The parties wish to share confidential information related to the production project titled “Sunset Takes” and agree to keep such information strictly confidential according to the terms herein.

Definition of Confidential Information:

Any non-public information, including scripts, technical data, casting details, production schedules, and any other proprietary information shared between the parties, shall be considered confidential.

Obligations of the Parties:

The crew member agrees not to disclose any confidential information to third parties without prior written consent from the production company. The production company shall use the Confidential Information solely for the purpose of the project and take appropriate measures to protect it.

Term of Confidentiality:

This agreement shall remain in effect from the date signed and continue until the conclusion of the project or until terminated in writing by either party.

Return of Materials:

Upon termination or upon request, the crew member shall return all confidential materials and copies thereof to the production company.
