Parties Involved:

Service Provider: ABC Consulting Ltd.

Client: XYZ Enterprises Ltd.

Scope of Services:

The Service Provider agrees to provide consultancy and support services as detailed in Schedule A attached to this agreement. The services include, but are not limited to, strategic planning, project management, and reporting.

Terms and Payment:

The services shall commence on __________________ and continue until __________________. The Client agrees to pay the Service Provider a total fee of NZD $______________, payable as follows: __________________. Payment shall be made via bank transfer or other agreed method.

Confidentiality:

Both parties agree to keep all confidential information received during the course of this agreement strictly confidential and not disclose it to any third party without prior written consent, except as required by law.

Termination:

Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice of at least __________________ days. Upon termination, the Client shall pay for all services performed up to termination date.

Governing Law:
