Consulting Fee Agreement Example

Parties Involved:

Consultant: Alice Johnson

Client: XYZ Corporation
Address: 456 Business Rd, San Francisco, CA 94105

Scope of Work:

The Consultant agrees to provide the services outlined in the attached scope of work, including but not limited to strategic advice, project management, and reporting, as requested by the Client.

Fee and Payment Terms:

The Client shall pay the Consultant a fee of $5,000 upon signing this agreement, with additional payments of $2,000 due upon completion of each project milestone, as detailed in Schedule A. Payments shall be made via bank transfer or check within 15 days of invoice receipt.

Confidentiality:
