Parties Involved:

Travel Agency: Global Tours Ltd.

Scope of Services:

The travel agent agrees to provide travel planning, booking, and related services as requested by the client, including flights, accommodations, and excursions, subject to availability and the terms herein.

Payment Terms:

The client shall pay the agent a service fee of GBP 150 and any additional costs incurred for bookings, payable upon confirmation. Full payment for booked services shall be due prior to travel commencement unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellation and Refunds:

Cancellation policies shall be in accordance with the suppliers’ terms. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30 days of cancellation, deducting applicable fees and charges.

Responsibilities of Parties:
