Description of Equipment:
The equipment comprises a diesel-powered excavator model ZX350-6, serial number 12345XYZ, including attachments and accessories as detailed in Schedule A, located at the specified site.
Hire Period and Fees:
The hire commences on ____________________ and concludes on ____________________. The Hirer agrees to pay a total hire fee of $5,000, payable upfront or as per the agreed payment schedule, via electronic transfer or cheque.
Security Deposit:
A security deposit of $1,000 is payable upon signing this agreement. The deposit will be held as security against damage or breach of terms and will be refunded within the period prescribed by law, less any applicable deductions.
Parties’ Obligations:
The Supplier shall ensure the equipment is in good working order and fit for the agreed purpose.
