Service Description:

Provision of cloud-based SaaS solutions including software access, support, and maintenance as detailed in the scope of work below.

Scope of Work:

Tech Solutions Inc. agrees to provide the following services to Acme Corporation: access to the SaaS platform, user training, technical support, and periodic updates as specified in Appendix A.

Terms and Pricing:
