Service Description:

Provision of cloud-based SaaS solutions including software access, support, and maintenance as detailed in the scope of work below.

Scope of Work:

Tech Solutions Inc. agrees to provide the following services to Acme Corporation: access to the SaaS platform, user training, technical support, and periodic updates as specified in Appendix A.

Terms and Pricing:

The initial term shall be from ______________ to ______________. The client agrees to pay a monthly fee of $5,000, payable in advance on the first day of each month. Additional fees for extra services may apply as outlined in Appendix B.

Payment Terms:
