Lawn Care Service Agreement Example

Description of the Property:

The property located at 101 Maple Street, Springfield, IL 62704, including the lawn, garden, and surrounding landscape area to be maintained by the service provider as per this agreement.

Services and Schedule:

The service provider agrees to perform lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and general landscape maintenance on the property starting from __________________ and continuing on a weekly basis, or as otherwise specified.

Compensation:
