Hunting Liability Waiver Sample

Description of Activity:

The Hunter agrees to participate in hunting activities on the property located at 789 Forest Lane. The activity includes bowhunting and firearm hunting, subject to all safety protocols and regulations.

Assumption of Risks:

The Hunter acknowledges the inherent risks associated with hunting, including possible injury or accident, and voluntarily assumes all such risks.

Release of Liability:
